Project Management

Mintsen has a group of dedicated working partners, in-house project management and technical teams, which handles all the site installation, commissioning and retrofitting activities, providing customer with a turnkey solution. Each project is assigned with a project manager who will be responsible for scheduling, budgeting and coordination with the client for all technical and logistic details.

All our technical staff and working partners are highly skilled, motivated and well accustomed to the nature of the AMHS (Cleanroom/Non Cleanroom) Industry. We have vast experience in installing and commissioning projects in Singapore, China, Taiwan, Korea, Malaysia, US and Russia. All our staffs are able to be deployed to overseas projects for an extensive period of time.

Periodic Maintenance and Breakdown Services

As part of our turnkey responsibilities, we have a team of trained servicing and maintenance personnel who had many years of working experience in the AMHS industry. In order to provide our customer a full support and solution for maintenance services after the installation and commissioning phase, we do provide 24/7 breakdown service upon customer request.

ELECTRICAL SERVICES

Mintsen has been providing efficient and reliable electrical services to our residential and commercial property customer, meeting any of their requirements with honesty and integrity. Our practices of delivering total satisfaction while committed to the highest ethical and legal standards allow us to build a long term relationship with our customer and many repeat orders.

PCB - FUNCTIONAL TESTER AND TEST JIGS

Mintsen has a team of in-house engineers, who have many years of experience in fabrications of PCB Functional Tester and sub-assembly jigs to cater your production requirements. Whatever your production volume and requirements, we can provide you functional testing for your boards. Functional tester ensure that the received PCB assemblies are in operating condition.

SERCURITY SERVICES

Mintsen has a team of specially trained security system adviser and installer, who will be able to provide our customer with the best advice on type of system to be installed at their premises. Should it be residential or commercial property, our trained security adviser will be able to provide a solutions that suits our customer budget and needs such as CCTV, security alarm, card access system and etc.

PANEL / MODULAR SKID

Mintsen in-house engineers together with our experienced working partners have been fabricating electrical control panel, PLC control panel, Distribution Board panel and etc. for different industry. In the recent years, we have also started fabricating marine modular skid for on-board usage (separators for cleaning fuel oil and lubrication oil).
